As the VP Design, you’ll be the force behind these restaurant spaces. You’ll lead the delivery and development of the entire restaurant portfolio, ensuring that each venue reflects brand identities, meet operational needs, and delights guests. Your expertise will shape the ambiance, functionality, and aesthetics of these dining spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and Vision: Develop innovative design concepts for new restaurants, renovations, and expansions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align design vision with business goals.
- Space Planning: Optimize layouts for efficient flow, capacity, and guest comfort. Consider factors such as seating arrangements, kitchen workflow, and accessibility.
- Interior Design: Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings that enhance the restaurant’s theme and elevate the dining experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, chefs, operations teams, and external vendors to bring designs to life.
- Budget Management: Ensure that design projects stay within budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee construction and installation to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations.
- Proven work experience preferably from the client-side.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing completed restaurant design projects.
