Monica joined Macdonald & Company in the summer of 2023. She has over 4 years of recruitment experiences and has built up markets and teams from scratch. With her passion and high energy she decided to continue her career in the Real Estate space.
At Macdonald & Company, she is based in our Düsseldorf office in Germany. She is a polyglot and can speak 7 languages (number 8 in progress!) so she loves to communicate with multicultural organizations. She focuses mainly on finance positions (accounting, controlling, structural finance…) in the DACH market.
