Our boutique Asset Management cleint who is focused on redevelopment of commercial assets is seeking a Asset Management Analyst for their Frankfurt office.As a Asset Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team and optimization of our real estate investment portfolio. This position provides an excellent platform for learning and gaining hands-on experience in real estate portfolio analysis and asset management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management with exposure to development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with financial spreadsheets and real estate data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Eagerness to learn about real estate investment strategies and market dynamics.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
