Job Summary
General Practice Surveyor sought by well-known, well-regarded property consultancy to join a highly respected License and Leisure focused team.The role will involve a mix of lettings, leasing and sales work, as well as red book valuation work. The business have an enviable and loyal client base, specializing in the restaurants, pubs, leisure and hospitality sectors.
The post requires a Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS), ideally holding Registered Valuer status.
The role is based around the wider York region and requires someone to be based close by. Salary circa £40 - £45,000 DOE).
