Job Summary
Well known, well regarded Commercial Property Consultancy are seeking an, ideally MRICS qualified Commercial Surveyor to join the team and work within their successful Property Agency department.The role will require you to,
· Support other team members/Directors in assessing, appraising, and compiling sales/leasing details.
· Actively promote properties for sale/rent and provide clients with regular marketing updates.
· Identify potential new listings from both new and existing clients.
· Address existing client needs by presenting suitable property opportunities and preparing property availability schedules.
· Cultivate a personal client base, with a focus on expanding business through established private client connections.
· Stay informed about market trends, analyze deals, and stay abreast of incentives in the real estate market.
· Enhance the visibility and reputation of the agency team both internally and externally.
· Collaborate with other key departments to facilitate cross-selling of clients and related services.
· Manage individual listings or subsections of significant projects responsibly.
· Contribute as a team member on major leasing assignments.
· Possess comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices associated with related disciplines.
This post is based in the Newcastle (u/T) region and would suit someone at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level. The role is paying circa £35000 - £40000 + Car Allowance + excellent benefits (dependent upon experience).
