Job Summary
This is search I am undergoing for this PBSA platform a Development Manager. An important hire for what has already proven to be a compelling story within the industry.Amsterdam based, but we are open to hearing about those willing to relocate. Preferably we will be speaking with those from an Operational RE background, but all enquiries are welcome.
Well capitalised, with some of the sectors best senior leaders in place, this PBSA platform currently have €600m AUM and plan to increase to circa €4bn-€5bn AUM over the next 5-7 years across Europe.
You will be a key piece to the puzzle in supporting the realisation of all opportunities from pre-development through to hand-over to the in-house operations team and providing oversight and direction during the construction phase of development projects whilst coordinating efforts across Europe including with the local developers engaged in each location.
Salary circa €90,000 - €115,000 + Package
