They see great opportunity heading into the next cycle and have ambitious growth plans due to having the dry powder to go out and execute on deals.
The Role
The firm are looking to appoint an Acquisitions Director or Acquisitions Manager with capability in sourcing, underwriting and closed Multifamily value-add and ground-up deals, as part of their growth strategy to double their AUM over the next two years.
Core responsibilities include:
- Proactively network with brokers, owners, and developers to identify acquisition opportunities
- Lead due diligence efforts, encompassing financial analysis, market research, and legal assessments
- Conduct comprehensive cash flow modeling and valuation assessments
- Take charge of fundraising activities for acquisition deals
- Negotiate purchase agreements and financing terms
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless transaction execution
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities through ongoing research
- Prepare and present investment memos and reports to investment committees
