A Mayfair based family office are seeking a surveyor to join a small but experienced property team to assist with the management of a diverse London weighted real estate portfolio. The portfolio is national and includes self-storage, offices, trade counter, industrial, hotels and life sciences.
You will ideally be a Chartered Surveyor (RICS desirable but not essential). MRICS is desirable but not essential. Experience preferred in L&T, lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings and development management. Knowledge and experience in the commercial property sector ideally including L&T, agency, development management, asset management and property management.
