Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator at a prestigious real estate development and asset management business to undertake a 12 month fixed term contract (potentially with a view to an extension or becoming permanent).Over a number of years, this is highly entrepreneurial business that has amassed large property portfolio consisting of high performing assets, which is a direct result of their innovative and effective development strategy.
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role undertaking Accounts Payable functions and providing wider support to their dynamic finance team;
- Processing, coding and batching supplier invoices
- Processing payments
- Undertaking bank reconciliations
- Management of the finance team and accounts payable inboxes
- Processing and receipting all finance related post
- Provision of administrative support to the senior management including the Financial Controller and Management Accountants.
The successful candidate will have acquired practical experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Clerk or Accounts Payable Assistant.
Equally the client is also keen to consider Accounting & Finance Graduates (grade 2:1 and above) who are keen to kick start their professional career in an entry level role.
In addition, you will be highly numerate, exemplary written and verbal communication skills with natural drive and enthusiasm.
