Are you a recent graduate or current student with a passion for surveying?We are looking for a Graduate Surveyor to join a small, entrepreneurial firm specialising in Office Agency in London. The business provide expert knowledge in a variety of areas on behalf of Landlords and Tenants in a commercial capacity. They operate in London and surrounding suburbs and are rapidly growing and are therefore looking for 1-2 Graduate Surveyors to join the team.
As a Graduate Surveyor, you play a crucial role in handling viewing tours, serviced office tours, putting together schedules, cash flows, lease renewals and much more.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging viewings
- Creating schedules
- Updating particulars
- Updating and maintaining our inhouse, bespoke CRM
- Liaising with agents daily
- Networking and attending building launches
- Becoming familiar with the markets and being confident in discussing this
- Creating cash flows
- Analysing lease summary’s
- Sending HoT’s
- Liaising with clients over the phone and face to face
