Job Summary

Our client is a global leader in Commercial Real Estate Services. They are looking for a Head of Asset Management China for a significant APAC account witihing Financial Services. They are lookigng for an experiences Occupier Services or Corporate Real Estate professional from either a real estate service provider background or potential a candidate who might be second in charge from another client-side company within Corporate Real Estate. Ideally banking but they would consider other sectors. The candidate must have had some consultancy background in their career. Must be Mandarin and English speaking. This is an extremely important account and someone who has the ability to deal with senior contacts both with the client and internally is important. This will be an integrated portfolio management role to help the client achieve their main business objectives. It will bring together Transaction Management, Lease Administration and Portfolio Strategy to leverage data, streamline processes, and deliver superior insights.
