Job Summary
Northwest Commercial Property Company have need for an additional Leasing Surveyor/Manager to take responsibility for a key part of their Manchester City Centre Portfolio.The post requires a professional with previous sector experience, proficient in handling such a role with a fair amount of autonomy.
Day to day the role will involve creating business relationships with current and prospective commercial tenants, negotiating heads of terms, undertaking viewings, attending networking events, etc. Fully job description available on request.
The role is paying circa £50-£55,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
