Job Summary
One of London’s fastest growing real estate consultancies is looking to appoint an Senior Surveyor/ Associate within it’s Lease Advisory team.Focusing on a national portfolio, working varied assets including Retail and Office assets, you will join and grow a small team based in central London and take responsibility for effectively carrying out Landlord and Tenant functions, including, rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears.
You will have the opportunity to build relationships with new and existing clients, whilst also providing strategic advice on L&T matters. This opportunity does require you to be MRICS qualified.
- Taking responsibility for daily operations of Landlord and tenant functions, including preparing annual budgets/forecasts, rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears.
- Manage clients and develop relationships and business generation
- Manage the debtor’s position for each client, reporting the monthly balance and action points on a monthly basis
- Prepare and submit reports and updates to clients, as required and provide strategic advice on L&T matters
- Leadership and people management
Salary up to £55,000 + market leadings benefits & flexible working policies.
