Job Summary
This is search I am undergoing for this PBSA platform a Portfolio Manager. An important hire for what has already proven to be a compelling story within the industry.Amsterdam based, but we are open to hearing about those willing to relocate. Preferably we will be speaking with those from an Operational RE background, but all enquiries are welcome.
Well capitalised, with some of the sectors best senior leaders in place, this PBSA platform currently have €600m AUM and plan to increase to circa €4bn-€5bn AUM over the next 5-7 years across Europe.
You will be a key piece to the puzzle when vertically integrating the current structure as you develop & implement a strategic portfolio management plan, matching the ownership's business goals. In doing so you will optimise the performance of each property. With the growth of the portfolio and the opportunity for asset enhancement, the comparison between this and the rest of the market is night and day.
There will also be the opportunity to manage a team, starting with an incoming Portfolio Analyst.
Salary circa €100,000 - €130,000 + Package
