Job Summary

A leading corporate real estate provider is seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to join their team in Singapore.
 
Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on workplace projects. As a Project Manager in this team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workplace projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and oversee the execution of workplace projects, ensuring adherence to project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to understand project requirements and expectations. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
  • Vendor Management:Identify and engage with external vendors and contractors to support project implementation. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Quality Control:Implement quality control measures to ensure that workplace projects meet established standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, budget analysis, and risk assessments, to senior management. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and change orders.
  • Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including internal staff and external contractors. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
 
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction or other relevant field.
  • PMP or other professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, ideally working within a complex project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
