Job Summary
This busy and varied property developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join their team. The role will cover all aspects of Project Management throughout whole projects lifecycle from initial inception / business case through to completion, covering all aspects of day-to-day Project Management of a number of large industrial and residential schemes over the Midlands.Working with the Project Director, you'll be looking after feasibility of schemes, looking at scope and costs, through to tendering to contractors, assembling the project team and monitoring progress until completion.
You can be from any background, contractor, consultancy or developer, ideally in the built environment though, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience under your belt.
