With a portfolio of estates spanning the UK, the role offers excellent opportunities for autonomous working as well as support and coaching alongside experienced Senior Asset Managers. As an employer with a keen focus on training and development, this is an ideal role for an ambitious Asset Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
The role would suit an asset manager or surveyor currently working in either a similar in-house role, or someone seeking to make that move client side. Day to day, the role will provide opportunities to build experience in all aspects required to manage a varied, multi-million-pound portfolio. This role is based in Leeds city centre, paying circa £35 - £45,000 (dependence upon experience and qualification) + Company Car & excellent Benefits including brand new offices with a roof top terrace and gym.
