Job Summary
Our client is a leading Data Centre Investor and Operator in the region and they are looking for a Senior Investment Manager to join their HK office.Being part of their expansion plan, this role will be responsible for leading and managing the new and existing project development, from land acquisition, project acquisition, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the project investment and development including land acquisition and asset acquisition in Hong Kong.
- Guide the Finance & Analysis team during the investment process.
- Develop and manage metrics quantifying project resource in Hong Kong.
- Manage external consultants and internal stakeholders for the project development throughout the entire life cycle.
- Work closely with Sales team to understand the customer demand & requirement and implement in the project development.
- Build and maintain the strong relationship with local authorities to ensure the project approval and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Surveyor, Investment or equivalent.
- Ideally 3 years and above of data center related project investment and development experience, i.e., site selection, business development, project development. Or 10 years of experience in the development of large commercial buildings or logistics projects.
- Excellent in communication and presentation.
- Possess leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Chinese and English
