Job Summary
After continued success both locally and globally, a leading corporate real estate provider, is currently looking to hire a project manager to lead all technology related activities on a regional basis in Asia.The successful candidate will work with one of this group’s most prestigious accounts, taking responsibility for managing all aspects of IT infrastructure and systems.
The Technology Lead will work closely with other project managers, contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure that all IT-related aspects of projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans for IT-related aspects of fit-out projects, including infrastructure, systems, and software
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure that all IT-related activities adhere to best practice and relevant regulations
- Manage all aspects of IT procurement, including identifying requirements, evaluating options, and negotiating contracts
- Ensure that all IT-related activities are integrated with the overall project plan and that any issues are identified and addressed promptly
- Provide regular progress reports to management and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all IT-related activities are completed to a high standard and that all relevant quality standards are adhered to
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or property management industry
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage complex project plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software, including networking, servers, and cloud-based systems
- Experience in IT procurement, including identifying requirements, evaluating options, and negotiating contracts
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices for IT in the corporate real estate industry
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
