As group CEO, Peter oversees Macdonald & Company across the international offices. Peter is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked in the Real Estate Human Capital & Talent Sector for over twenty years. He specialises in advising clients globally upon topics such as staff retention, talent selection, recruitment, mergers and acquisition, human resource policy and remuneration bench-marking and advice.

Ricky leads our Finance recruitment division across the UK as well as being a hands-on recruiter. Ricky has been working in Finance recruitment for over 15 years across multiple sectors and specialisms, but always within Finance and always with a firm hold on the real estate space. He now leads a fantastic team that deliver an amazing service to their clients within the real estate arena.

Richard has a decade's experience recruiting into the Real Estate sector and he joined Macdonald & Company to build a market leading Residential Property division. The Residential team focuses across the sector, including Residential Agency, Development, New Homes, Management and Operational Support. Richards' aim is to grow market share, and cement Macdonald & Company's place as the recruiter of choice for the country’s leading property companies.

Having worked ten years in the London Real Estate market, Will made the switch to recruitment in 2019 when he moved to Singapore. He is able to draw down on his Real Estate experience, identifying with his clients' pressure points, with the aim of securing them top talent within the industry. Since the start of 2020, Will has soley focused on Data Centres placing candidates involved in the full lifecycle of a DC across multiple APAC locations. His clients include Funds, Investors, Developers, Operators and end users.

Will has been leading international business lines and client engagement at Macdonald & Company for over twenty years. Starting in London, Will set up the Asia business of Macdonald & Company in 2006, and now oversees the business in Hong Kong, Singapore and China. Will engages with senior business leaders from all over the world with regard to their plans for Asia, advising on senior level hiring strategies and projects, as well as office location, business partners, capital raising, and remuneration policies.

Following a career in real estate sales and real estate property management, Ben joined Macdonald & Company in 2011 and, before moving to the United States, Ben was responsible for leading profitable real estate recruitment businesses for the group in the UK and Middle East.

Will has been based in Singapore as Managing Director from 2012. His experience in multiple international locations has led to a broad spectrum of knowledge in the real estate and related assets industry. Will works closely with an array of real estate companies across Singapore and Asia Pacific, appointing c-suite executive and senior positions that specialise in capital raising, investment and funds, finance, development and core business operations to name but a few.

As the Managing Principal for Macdonald & Company’s North American business, Alex leads the growing U.S. division; focused on the search and placement of real estate professionals in the United States.
