Job Summary
Job details- Assist to handle building services aspects and the coordination of property development projects from inspection, implementation to completion;
- Support the project, program and design quality through design coordination, cost control, construction supervision and contract administration.
- Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience;
- Experience with property developer and/or consulting firm is an advantage;
- Proven experience in sizable high-end residential / commercial projects is highly preferred;
- Professional membership in HKIE/CIBSE or equivalent is preferred;
- Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects;
- A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Good problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English;
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Project Coordination: The Assistant Project Manager assists in coordinating and managing projects. They contribute to the planning and development of projects, communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals, and help create detailed plans for project execution.
- Project Implementation: The Assistant Project Manager plays a role in the organization and implementation of projects. They monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues that arise during the project, and maintain oversight of all project activities.
- Documentation and Reporting: The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for organizing and storing project reports and documents. They analyze data from project execution and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Assistant Project Managers work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project. They assist in maintaining positive relationships with vendors and other project partners.
- Experience: Relevant experience in project management is valuable for this role. Previous experience in a project management position or similar roles can be beneficial.
- Skills: Assistant Project Managers should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. They should be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
